In my past, I never owned a car for 5 years as I disliked servicing my vehicles as dealers where not to be trusted. Joe at Wesloh changed my attitude and it is always a pleasant experience dealing with Joe servicing my vehicles as dealers where not to be trusted. The Service & Parts Director, Mr. Krause, sets the tone & everyone you interact with really does have satisfying the customer as their top priority. From the moment you pull up to when you drive off in a freshly washed car, you are treated in a courteous & efficient manner. They have always respected my concerns with time & budget by working with me when clearly itemizing the the job order. I have never brought a serviced car back due to a problem because the work has always been excellent. Weseloh honestly cares about their customers, that is why I am a returning customer. Weseloh Honda by far has the Best customer service I have ever been experienced in a car dealership. I've been to other dealerships for service and they can't compare to Weseloh. There's a Honda dealership just up the street from my house, but I choose to drive all the way down to Weseloh for the service. I recently took my car in for the usual oil change. During the service they had found a leak and Joe S. informed me that I was still under Warranty and he recommend I take care of it before my car hit 60k miles or the warranty will not cover it. Unlike other places who don't tell you until it's no longer covered under the warranty. Weseloh pretty much saved me a 1,000 bucks, which they easily could of waited until my next oil change when I would of for sure surpassed the 60K mark. And when I did come back to take care of that leak Joe and Weseloh not only replaced the crankshaft oil seal, but also went ahead and replaced other seals to prevent any future leaks. And to top that off, they noticed my alignment was off and they also fixed that for Free. Talk about above and beyond service. Keep up the excellent work guys! Christian P. More

I called their customer service line and the receptionist didn't know what she was doing. Put me on hold 3 times for 10 minutes until I was sent to a voicemail, not a service employee, when I just wanted a s didn't know what she was doing. Put me on hold 3 times for 10 minutes until I was sent to a voicemail, not a service employee, when I just wanted a simple answer of how long an oil change would take. Had to call back 4 times and never got my question answered. Told me she "isn't allowed to leave her desk" when all it takes is to get up and ask someone taking 2 minutes at most. She was the only person I could speak to about the question because there is not another number to call, showing the direct line to customers has a woman with very little knowledge or care about what the customer needs. I've been coming here since 1998 and from this experience I don't want to come back because it seems like they don't care to go out of their way to make the cuatomer happy. More
