2 years ago, when I purchased my car, I had felt a little hustled by the dealers. They had been very persistent, reluctant to offer a quote, and then, when I finally purchased my car, they did the dumb thing hustled by the dealers. They had been very persistent, reluctant to offer a quote, and then, when I finally purchased my car, they did the dumb thing where they made us wait in the lobby for an hour, then gave me a different price from the quote. So, I was reluctant, and sort of dreading, dealing with the service center. However, the service center employees were great, punctual, and resolved all of my issues professionally and expediently. My faith in Ocean Honda has been restored. More

Waited so long to get checked in even with an appointment. Service Techs sitting at desks just talking while a long line just sits and waits in their cars. No apologies either. General service too longer than promised and was noted I was in lobby waiting. Other service visits I went home and had to call to check on my car because there was no communication that it was ready. Once they told me they had to keep it overnight to wait for a part after having my car all day. Very poor communication. I’ve had so much trouble that I have had to have the dealership manager help me each time. More
