Car was in perfect shape returned with a dent. It was my first time taking this car anywhere for service and this is what you get back from Ocean Cadillac. Ocean Cadillac deny they had anything to do with i first time taking this car anywhere for service and this is what you get back from Ocean Cadillac. Ocean Cadillac deny they had anything to do with it. Ocean Cadillac is hiding behind a report written by Ocean Cadillac stating that the dent was there. Just because you write a report and do not let the owner be aware about it gives them the right to do and say whatever they want. Frank the service representative lie straight to my face. This is inexcusable and upsetting. I want to make it aware that you cannot trust Ocean Cadillac. More
