Not a good move It took more thank 2hrs for an oil change. I was promised a courtesy car wash and when I picked up my car the service person told me the guy helping It took more thank 2hrs for an oil change. I was promised a courtesy car wash and when I picked up my car the service person told me the guy helping me had no idea of what he was doing. He also said it will take another 45mi They did a tire rotation and the nuts on the front were loose. He wanted to fix it by just doing it by hand. I said no way and he took them back to the service people who secured them after not doing it the first time. Th k God I checked. No car vacuum and no good service at all. First time I have this experience with Ocean Cadillac. In the past was all pleasant. More
