be fair with your loyal customers overall you did OK. There's a few things you could of done different I think you charged me $50.00 for putting in a battery that i brought in my self overall you did OK. There's a few things you could of done different I think you charged me $50.00 for putting in a battery that i brought in my self and could of put it in my self if i knew you were going to try and charge me $80.00 before I talked to the service agent then you still charged me the $50.00 dollars as i stated before found that to be unfair. Also I do choose to take my car into your dealership because you offer a loaner car that you did provide but got it rubbed in my face when i complained about the charge for installing my battery. Overall you guys do good work and generally I never had an issue before this last time. I do think you should be a little more considerate with loyal customer as my self. Please keep this in mind for the future. More
Quick and Efficient. My car was picked up and the loaner was left with me so that I would not be inconvenienced. Within an hour of my car having been picked up a service My car was picked up and the loaner was left with me so that I would not be inconvenienced. Within an hour of my car having been picked up a service writer was on the phone with me to confirm the service needed and any costs. The very next day my car was back on the road. More

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT It is sad what has become of this dealership. There is constant turn over in service . The staff is miserable and it shows in their work. Worse the General Managert and owners only want to sell you another car instead of helping you out. They fail to call you back even to alert you the car is ready which it isn't at times after being told come get it. The new owners from Brickell Motors ruined this dealership. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there. More
Disappointing service experience After losing our service advisor of 7 years at another dealership I decided to try Ocean Cadillac to service my two Cadillac vehicles. At first brush, After losing our service advisor of 7 years at another dealership I decided to try Ocean Cadillac to service my two Cadillac vehicles. At first brush, the service advisor was friendly, attentive and responsive. He never got my name right, but the appearance of absolute focus on solving the issues with the vehicle made that lapse irrelevant. The first service was completed on a timely basis, but there were problems right our of the gate. The incorrect use of a lubricant in the differential was ceeating friction and a clanking sound when driving. Additionally, the steering mechanism was now making a squeeking sound. The vehicle was returned to the dealer and the appropriate lubricant was added to the differential eliminating the problem there, they were unable to replicate the noise in the steering column, yet on the way back home the noise reappeared. Again I returned to the dealer and the diagnosis was that the steering mechanism needed to be replaced. After a two week stay at the dealer, the vehicle was returned only to find the noise had not been repaired. Another service visit was scheduled a week later, upon arrival, I was told that they would not be able to provide a loaner and that they would call me when one became available. I left the dealer quite upset. My time is valuable and I has already spent 3-4 hours of travel to and from the dealer for what should have been fixed on the first visit. Trying not to harm the dealer with a poor review, I called and left a message for the service manager. Still waiting for a call back! Truly disappointed with my service experience. Had been looking forward to establishing a long term relationship with another service provider. Pity this will not be the case! More
Poor service I made contact with service manager Gonzalez reference my vehicle being there for a month and work it was brought in for wasn't completed and discrepa I made contact with service manager Gonzalez reference my vehicle being there for a month and work it was brought in for wasn't completed and discrepancy on my vehicles mileage. Only to be told by my service tech to bring it back when I need an oil change. I live nearly 80+ miles away and that's unacceptable. He responded to my email but I have yet to receive a call reference the service I received. I had to replace my tints that were removed and not replaced at the dealer. Note they said they would replace my tints but the tolls,gas, miles, and time it would cost me, I had it done. Hopefully they will reimburse me. They tried, but service was totally substandard. Note I did receive a loaner the entire time, but it shouldn't take a month for misc. work to be done. When I purchased my Cadillac I was so excited, A luxury vehicle, yeahhh. But I hope my service isn't always this bad. Hopefully they'll get it right when I return for my oil change. More

Jipped and bamboozled HORRIBLE SERVICE, Ron stated would perform a diagnostic Told them oil leaking from vehicle. engine light &service tire monitor on when started. Picked up today 4/4 ,oil burning smell in cab of car, oil still leaking, 47% engine oil life, engine light on,service tire monitor on. MY CAR WAS NOT SERVICED. $2139.00. Later Or DIAGNOSED. Ron called in sick, J.C. Gonzalez disappeared when I returned to the dealership. NO HELP. More
