Josh is amazing and Jude is getting there. but It cannot get a 5 star based on installations. and the fact the my escalade has not been repaired yet in the 2 attempt. Jude is the worst My car was ready in a day but the service advisor is on his day off so no one called to say the car is ready. I did take to 4 dealers for it when I bought this car, I contacted the manufacturer 3 times for the inability of it to work properly, until I realized I was stock with a very low quality product.
