Jude is the worst My car was ready in a day but the service advisor is on his day off so no one called to say the car is ready. I called Jude the next day and he said h My car was ready in a day but the service advisor is on his day off so no one called to say the car is ready. I called Jude the next day and he said he would check on the car, that took him 4 hiours to call back, said he was too busy!!! More

Incomplete dignostic of the problem upon $100.00 for it It took 3 days to give me an incomplete diagnosis of the problem with the voice recognition, and not able to tell me how much would cost an unidentifi It took 3 days to give me an incomplete diagnosis of the problem with the voice recognition, and not able to tell me how much would cost an unidentified problem. The voice recognition of this car has always been below expectation. I did take to 4 dealers for it when I bought this car, I contacted the manufacturer 3 times for the inability of it to work properly, until I realized I was stock with a very low quality product. Now, it does not work at all. More
