Barbara was great... SHe took the lead when the initial contact was out. Bought a pre-owned vehicle that had a small issue and also needed an oil change where a special kind of imported oil was needed. W contact was out. I had my Car in for Oil change and Tire rotation. I had to wait over 2Hr. Barbara told me there are numerus dings that are wrong with the car, I told her I am locking in to it at home.
