Took my 2014 SRX in for oil change. While waiting I test drove the 2020 XT5, what a ride :-) Logan was very patient and knowledgeable. I tried to make multiple appointments to have the concierge service that was promised to me when I purchased the car the pick up my car since April. I finally had my husband call and make a big deal concierge service that was promised to me when I purchased the car the pick up my car since April. Want to have my loaner dropped off I noticed there was a dent on the driver side Hood I made mention of this and I was told it's okay.Since the loner has been returned I have multiple phone calls telling me that I damaged the car and I owe money for the repair.I told the young lady I spoke with that the damage was there when the vehicle was dropped off to me and I was told by her that I was a liar and she still charged my credit card. Very unhappy and unsatisfied the driver who brought me the car should have done a walk around with me present to prevent this from happening to me or anyone else.I will not be taking my car here anymore I will be doing my business with Vera Cadillac and Bayview Cadillac. More
