I attempted to use the valet service. First, when i scheduled my service, not only was it not offered to me, I had to ask for it! On my service date, i found out more information was required and i ha scheduled my service, not only was it not offered to me, I had to ask for it! On my service date, i found out more information was required and i had to send in proof of insurance and a credit card before a driver would bring a loaner and pick up mine! I'm a physician and missed several appointments because of this! Once my vehicle was picked up and the loaner dropped off, I was told all the work could not be completed in one day. I skipped some of the service because i needed to leave town the next day in the vehicle. I was then told that my car would be ready but I'd have to come pick it up. I'm extremely disappointed. My time and money would have been better spent elsewhere! An awful experience for me, my family and my patients! Barbara was not present that day and it showed! More

Barbara and Ocean Cadillac are great. Unfortunately One issue is ongoing due to an intermittent issue. Barbara is working with me as much as possible to resolve this issue.
