Service advisor - Barbara - was great. I was not charged for the chip reading but this is the second time back within weeks as the check engine light repeatedly comes on disabling remote start, etc. and the for the chip reading but this is the second time back within weeks as the check engine light repeatedly comes on disabling remote start, etc. and they cannot find the fault which was disappointing as I am confident it will recur within a week(s). Again, everyone is very nice in the service department office at Ocean. More
Barbara was great handling my service visit. She was knowledgeable in what needed to be done and made sure it got done quickly. I was very disappointed to find that a basic maintenance item such as an knowledgeable in what needed to be done and made sure it got done quickly. I was very disappointed to find that a basic maintenance item such as an Oil Change was no longer covered for the term of the lease on my XT5. I have leased 12 cars from Ocean Cadillac and the covered maintenance was always a plus. It might be time to look at other cars that do offer maintenance. More
