So on Monday I called again and Adriana send me inmediatly a guy to pick up my car. and soon my car back to me, with a full back as she promesed me. A routine oil change that was supposed to take 1 hour wasn't completed for 2 whole days! Did I get a loaner? NO! But I heard the service manager give someone else's loaner to a different 'good customer'. You would think that since it took 2 days to do my oil change and supposed 'inspections' they might have noticed that the rear wiper needed to be replaced (scratched window) and that my rear lift gate strut was leaking grease all down the back of my vehicle. Also, I specifically asked them to check my oil change history (they no longer give stickers) because Ocean Cadillac performed my last oil change and my vehicle was completely out of oil.. More

There are 2 or 3 other Cadillac dealers I can visit, but choose to be loyal to Ocean because of the wonderful efforts and treatment by interior service staff. Now, as far as mechanically, I am at the point choose to be loyal to Ocean because of the wonderful efforts and treatment by interior service staff. Now, as far as mechanically, I am at the point of regretting buying a Cadillac. Service tech just can't seem to get it right. Multiple visits for same issues. Rough idle, hard down shifts while braking, poor emission odor from exhaust, and check engine light co.ea on sporadically. Blinking and steady at times. Where else do I take my vehicle other than a certified GM Cadillac dealer/service? Joe schmo arou d the corner? While the courtesies extended are flawless, and fantastic loaner vehicles is appreciated, it is difficult if not unwise to consider a repeat purchase of a name plate that can't run as expected from a top brand GM product. Again I reiterate courtesy aspect top of the line; bar none. Now! If we can just get this vehicle to run as it should that'd be great. More
