Not only you knew that the truck was a loaner you did not hesitated to get my money like it was a used truck. Before leaving the place I went inside I told a guy that told me that your policy was not to return the the money or get me a new one that I already sign the papers.As I stated before not Josh or the guy that gave me the papers to sign mention about the mileage in that truck.The man that told no money or truck was a heavy guy in shorts very appropriate for being in charge of any kind of business that size.Three days after I was informed by OnStar that the car was low in the air of tires and battery.The keys have a key chain of a Golf Club the only thing he did as a big favor was order new rugs for the truck which of course I don’t have .I feel really bad taken for a ride.

This dealership is not same as when I first started going there. The customer lacks with not following thru with parts ordered, car repair statuses, returning calls,etc. Hope it gets corrected soon. More

The only phone call I received from Ocean Cadillac was from Barbara in service. As expected she was truly concerned and I wished her luck with taking the issues I explained to her up with her management. No outreach from management other than call me... What's next the check is in the mail (lol)
