Encountered Transmission problem driving from Arizona to Miami last July 9th and took the vehicle to Ocean Cadillac on July 11 ( Monday morning ) and assigned to an Advisor. I accepted the quoted price to Miami last July 9th and took the vehicle to Ocean Cadillac on July 11 ( Monday morning ) and assigned to an Advisor. I accepted the quoted price to fix the problem , so I can continue driving to my final destination in D.C suburb. From then on he made an extremely stressful worse loaded with promises and lies on the completion of the job and availability of parts. Never has he given me a regular and accurate updates either by a call, text or voicemail. I also have issues getting him on the phone. I finally loser my overstretched patience that I contacted the Main office to speak to the Service Manager for which the Receptionist refused and she continued to put me on Hold until she was able to get hold of the Advisor after informing her that I will have my Attorney get involved. The vehicle mysteriously became ready for pickup same day on 07-18-2022. This was the second time I have a major issue with this Dealership in 1-2 years, and my Attorney was involved to solve the issue ; I decided not to file a complaint/ report to BBB and Cadillac Main Office to give them a second chance. BUT FAILED TERRIBLY. More

Left dealer and decided to speak with Service Manager, conveniently he was not available and was suppose to get a call back from him. It’s now 7/12/22 and still haven’t heard back. I also called Sat. 7/9/22 to speak with the Customer Experience Manager and he was not available, also left my information for a call back and still haven’t heard from him either. And they pledge Customer Satisfaction, Wow… JeanCarlos Kent, care to comment on behalf of your team? More

I had my vehicle in their service department for 11 days. They claimed my shifter was bad and it would cost $1100 to fix. Although I was under the CPO warranty they said it wasn't covered. I asked if they could work on the price since I was paying out of pocket and they were charging 5 hours labor. They refused. I took my car paid $202 for the diagnosis. Took it to an independent shop and they found nothing wrong with the car.I drove the car another 60 days and traded it in. Will never do business with this crooked operation again. Neither will I ever buy another Cadillac. (I have owned 6 in the past) These people left a very bad taste. More
