Have taken the vehicular twice, have paid twice and problem not fixed. Had no loaner vehicular on both occasion. I have to take the vehicular again for third time. Terrible More

All I want is for the issues with the vehicular to be corrected. I have taken it twice before, paid and the issue is still ongoing. My vehicular is currently in the service department I need a qualified mechanic to work on it and to actually test it on the road after the work is completed. This the 3rd week my work is disrupted because it is a company car, I pay a lot monthly and I am with out a car because your dealer apparently never has a loaner. Besides the mechanical issues the seat and armrest have leather discoloring, This other issue has been over three weeks and no signs when or if this will ever be taken care off. This is my sixth Escalade since 2005 and I have never had this issues before.
