Great Customer Service, they were able to get me in with a same day appointment for an oil change. They also brought to my attention a few items that needed to be addressed, but there were no high pressure a same day appointment for an oil change. Wasn't told of the extra charge of 3. 5 percent if I wanted to use my credit card on checking the car in. Was only told when I came to pick up the car. My car was picked up at my office at 10:30am. Earlier that morning, I had tried to change the time to the afternoon but was told if I did do they’d have to keep it overnight. I stated I didn’t want that so I kept the initial time. I was impressed that I was contacted within the hour and told that I need four new tires as mine were bald. This surprised me as I had not noticed at all! . I said I’d need a quote before I decided. I was told they would call back with this info and everything else once the car was checked. Being at work, time flew then I noticed it was almost 5 pm and I got no call back about my car. So I decided to call to check. After holding and some confusion in whether it was ready or not I was told they had to keep it overnight. I had no ride home! I informed as such and was told that i could get rental and would be reimbursed! I asked how I might get to the car rental place without my car!!! I was told they could pick me up at 8 IN THE MORNING! I had to take a Lyft home, which I never use because I have a trauma that makes me uncomfortable being alone with strangers!!! In the morning I was told that tires would be about 1200 and another 1500 in repairs. I asked that they change my oil and do two other necessary things and return my car! There was no mention of renting a car. I canceled my first client of the day and waited until my car was ready. It was dropped off at about 11am! This is my third bad experience with the service department and the first was when I purchased the car! I’ll take it to Hollywood Cadillac from here on! More
