Best Cadillac dealership in Miami! This is my first review ever but I just had to share this amazing experience. I had my vehicle at another dealership getting worked on. The vehicle s This is my first review ever but I just had to share this amazing experience. I had my vehicle at another dealership getting worked on. The vehicle sat for over a month, without any communication at all from the service “advisor”. Finally got through to a live person who claimed the part was in back order. I couldn’t take it anymore and called up Mike at Ocean Cadillac. He sent a tow truck who picked up my vehicle and towed it to Ocean Cadillac’s service department within hours! The very next day Ocean Cadillac’s service department diagnosed the issue and I received a call that my vehicle was ready by the end of the day!!! I didn’t even have to go pick it up. They delivered the car to my home!!! I promise you this is a real story. Mike is more than a sales guy, he’s a problem solver and asset to your network. Thank you to Mike, the service department and amazing team at Ocean Cadillac who know what customer service is all about More
