Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a dealership. Terrible communiciation with my service advisor Orlando C. They gave me back my truck and said they fixed the issue after almost two weeks of just si Terrible communiciation with my service advisor Orlando C. They gave me back my truck and said they fixed the issue after almost two weeks of just sitting there and not having a loaner. I got in the truck to leave the dealer and the issue was still there. And the best part is they refused to give me my repair order breakdown until I had to call corporate and they reached out to the manager. The manager only contacted me after I tried to call him for 3 days in a row because corporate contacted him. He said he had the “wrong number”, even though I gave them my correct number every time I tried reaching out to him. Definitely wouldn’t bring my car back here ever again. More
