It's a loaner! When I tried to contact Ocean Cadillac a so-called Emily texted me even though I requested email, not text. She would not email me - even though I asked her to send me the quote several times! They obviously have poor customer service and very poor communication! I'm finally doing the deal with another Cadillac dealership. P.S. I asked Emily Lopez for her email address 3 times and she would not give it to me. I would never buy at Ocean Cadillac. This will be my third Cadillac - I guess they missed out on a deal because of their lack of customer service! More
