I think the purchase process could have been shortened. We were there almost 8 hours. Both personnel were very professional, but I got really frustrated that I was told by Willy we had a deal early on but We were there almost 8 hours. Both personnel were very professional, but I got really frustrated that I was told by Willy we had a deal early on but I was given a much higher monthly payment of $615 and down payment of $5000 for an XT4. Amazing service from everyone, Evelio was professional, courteous and prompt in his answers. I was taken home and my car was brought back to me by a gentleman I do not remember his name but he was very kin courteous and prompt in his answers.
