Hi Vince, That's not the case at all. You came in a gladly purchased a CT4. A few days later, you returned and said the CT4 was too small and wanted a CT5. We were happy to accommodate your request and have an appointment to switch out of the CT4 and give you the CT5. I am sorry you feel like you do; however, we both know we are not placing you in a vehicle you don't want. That's the vehicle you initially chose.
