After days of trying to close a non-Negotiated deal (which was purchased at asking price and ALL exceptional high added fee's and No Financing, Cash Purchased.) from everyone being too busy to focus on (which was purchased at asking price and ALL exceptional high added fee's and No Financing, Cash Purchased.) from everyone being too busy to focus on one particular sale. It was extremely disappointing after asking for additional video and pic's and to please to show and/or simply tell me of any noticeable imperfections so I would be expecting them upon my delivery to me which I even paid extra for and enclosed Trailer for added care. What I received was an unwashed/dirty vehicle with numerous damaged paint issues, which could have easily been mentioned and noted by anyone, also both Rear seat fold down hand pulls completely and neatly were broke off which has to be repaired and replaced before I can even fold down either of the rear seats, which is commonly needed. This will be close to a $1000.00 repair alone. Then, last but not least I received a copy of an altered Carfax in the "Vehicle delivery packet of documents" that reflected totally different miles than the advertised Carfax and the true miles actually currently on the vehicle upon delivery.... which has now caused a huge a problem, even to be able to use the extended warrant (if needed) I purchased and was issued with the false & additional miles listed. Ocean Cadillac mentioned this was accidentally processed by their service dept. while doing their final service. (And would have it corrected for me immediately... Now, 30 days later and multiple discussions and emails still not addressed at all. Would not suggest ever purchasing any vehicle from Ocean Cadillac again unless perhaps in person, only. Extremely sad and unnecessary for such a simple deal to have been handled this way and still not completed properly. More

They gave me back my truck and said they fixed the issue after almost two weeks of just sitting there and not having a loaner. I got in the truck to leave the dealer and the issue was still there. And the best part is they refused to give me my repair order breakdown until I had to call corporate and they reached out to the manager. The manager only contacted me after I tried to call him for 3 days in a row because corporate contacted him. He said he had the “wrong number”, even though I gave them my correct number every time I tried reaching out to him. Definitely wouldn’t bring my car back here ever again. More

Terrible Customer Service – Felt Completely Judged! I recently visited Ocean Cadillac with my wife to check out the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Our experience with the salesperson, Michael Lombrozo, was I recently visited Ocean Cadillac with my wife to check out the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Our experience with the salesperson, Michael Lombrozo, was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of providing the professional service you’d expect when shopping for a luxury vehicle, he treated us as if we couldn’t afford it, making my wife feel so uncomfortable that she left the dealership in tears. I escalated the issue to the GM, who called me back two days later to explain the vehicle in detail and promised to follow up when another Escalade came in. Unsurprisingly, he never kept his word and never reached out. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and treats everyone with respect, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. Ocean Cadillac clearly lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service. More

Ocean Cadillac provides a large supply of all Cadillac models. Their staff is courteous and attentive. Michael Lombrozo, our salesperson, was easygoing and able to readily answer all questions we had abou models. Their staff is courteous and attentive.
