Words cannot express how happy I am with Ocean Cadi I’ve always had to enter a dealership with my guard up. Dealers in my experience have always had a bad “hustle” reputation that will sell you sand on I’ve always had to enter a dealership with my guard up. Dealers in my experience have always had a bad “hustle” reputation that will sell you sand on the beach with a high APR. From the moment I walked in something about Pat (whom assisted me) just felt true. Everything just felt like educated/professional/knowledgeable information instead of a pitch. The GM (J.C) came out to introduce himself, give me his feedback and ultimately to thank me for coming in. He’s conversation and approach was just as sincere as Pats. At the end I walked out with the dream deal. Honestly, thank you Pat, thank you JC, and thank you Andy (whom took car of the financing). Out of 5 stars Ocean Cadillac gets 10!!! More

Car Cadillac the service provide by Barbara was awesome. She is excellent. I have a problem with the service - I bought a precertified Cadillac with a smell so ba the service provide by Barbara was awesome. She is excellent. I have a problem with the service - I bought a precertified Cadillac with a smell so bad but I bought as they promise me they will take care of the problem. In deed they DID NOT. the A/C filter that they sweared that they changed was not changed. The smell was still there and I took it to another shop and they removed the a/c filter, they cleaned. I had it specially cleaned and the smell is still there. The Dealership paid for this services. But the smell persist despite trying many other smell removal. The car is still smelling. Then this visit they took care of the car right away the same day, they gave me a loaner which I am grateful as I got to work on time and I returned the car the same day. But the next day in day light I found a scratch in the drivers passenger door that was not there when I left the car to them. The dealership is convenient for my car service.
