Purchase New Escalade I went to the dealer on April 30 the last day of the month at 4:30 pm, note they close at 5 pm on Sunday's and was treated with great professionalism. At no time did they informed me that the dealer was closing and to come back on Monday. At 7:30 pm we had completed the process and I was now a happy owner of a new Escalade. I thank the sales, finance and the receptionist for staying the extra hours to make sure that the customer was satisfied. Thank you, Carlos Hernandez. More
Disappointing service experience After losing our service advisor of 7 years at another dealership I decided to try Ocean Cadillac to service my two Cadillac vehicles. At first brush, After losing our service advisor of 7 years at another dealership I decided to try Ocean Cadillac to service my two Cadillac vehicles. At first brush, the service advisor was friendly, attentive and responsive. He never got my name right, but the appearance of absolute focus on solving the issues with the vehicle made that lapse irrelevant. The first service was completed on a timely basis, but there were problems right our of the gate. The incorrect use of a lubricant in the differential was ceeating friction and a clanking sound when driving. Additionally, the steering mechanism was now making a squeeking sound. The vehicle was returned to the dealer and the appropriate lubricant was added to the differential eliminating the problem there, they were unable to replicate the noise in the steering column, yet on the way back home the noise reappeared. Again I returned to the dealer and the diagnosis was that the steering mechanism needed to be replaced. After a two week stay at the dealer, the vehicle was returned only to find the noise had not been repaired. Another service visit was scheduled a week later, upon arrival, I was told that they would not be able to provide a loaner and that they would call me when one became available. I left the dealer quite upset. My time is valuable and I has already spent 3-4 hours of travel to and from the dealer for what should have been fixed on the first visit. Trying not to harm the dealer with a poor review, I called and left a message for the service manager. Still waiting for a call back! Truly disappointed with my service experience. Had been looking forward to establishing a long term relationship with another service provider. Pity this will not be the case! More

Only to be told by my service tech to bring it back when I need an oil change. I live nearly 80+ miles away and that's unacceptable. He responded to my email but I have yet to receive a call reference the service I received. I had to replace my tints that were removed and not replaced at the dealer. Note they said they would replace my tints but the tolls,gas, miles, and time it would cost me, I had it done. Hopefully they will reimburse me. They tried, but service was totally substandard. Note I did receive a loaner the entire time, but it shouldn't take a month for misc. work to be done. When I purchased my Cadillac I was so excited, A luxury vehicle, yeahhh. But I hope my service isn't always this bad. Hopefully they'll get it right when I return for my oil change. More

He helped me in selecting a car that exceeded my expectations and took time after the sale to be sure I felt comfortable in using the features my car came with. Picked up today 4/4 ,oil burning smell in cab of car, oil still leaking, 47% engine oil life, engine light on,service tire monitor on. MY CAR WAS NOT SERVICED. $2139.00. Later Or DIAGNOSED. Ron called in sick, J.C. Gonzalez disappeared when I returned to the dealership. NO HELP. More
Honest & Amazing Ocean Cadillac is by far the best Cadillac dealership in Florida. I am positive that after you go there you'll feel exactly the same way. I can say th Ocean Cadillac is by far the best Cadillac dealership in Florida. I am positive that after you go there you'll feel exactly the same way. I can say that they are the best simply because, due to a few mystery problems with my 2008 Cadillac CTS, I've been roaming around taking it to 5 other dealerships and tossing money out the window as no other dealers were able to find out what was wrong. And the other dealers made sure I'd spend a lot of money on things I didn't even need! Not at Ocean Cadillac, though. Starting with customer service, Lauren was attentive and precise in the Service area. She took the proper notes to pass on to one of the mechanics, Danny Buonomo, who did a C.S.I. type of investigation and was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong!!! What an honest mechanic! The solution made complete sense and the price was less than what I had anticipated. After 6 months of putting my life at risk due to a problem no one could diagnose at other dealers, they did it, and now my car works perfectly! Lauren was extremely helpful and in my opinion, she deserves a promotion and a raise. Thanks to her dedication, I'd absolutely buy my next Cadillac there and service my current one there as well. Mind you, I drove all the way from Boca Raton to take my car to Ocean Cadillac in Bal Harbor. That's about 60 miles each way! Totally worth it!!!! See, buying a new car is easy but if the service team is awful, inevitably you end up buying into a headache. At Ocean Cadillac, the management and staff treats you as their most important client. And best of all, when they gave us a loaner, it was a brand new 2016 CTS with all the bells and whistles. Maria that works in that department was very polite and courteous and made sure that the car switch was a breeze when it came to the insurance paperwork to get the loaner. Getting a brand new car as a loaner was a wonderful surprise because it reminded us of how much we like this luxury American brand and that when I trade in my Mercedes in a few months, I'd for sure get a Cadillac at Ocean Cadillac. About my current 2008 CTS, aside to getting the mystery problem solved, they changed the oil, did all the other work that was under extended warranty and returned my car to me clean and shiny. I honestly don't know how they put such a fantastic team together, but like a well-led orchestra, they all play in unison. Absolutely amazing! My honest opinion is, if you like being treated extremely well when dealing with cars, you make the purchase & service at Ocean Cadillac. More
Car was in perfect shape returned with a dent. It was my first time taking this car anywhere for service and this is what you get back from Ocean Cadillac. Just because you write a report and do not let the owner be aware about it gives them the right to do and say whatever they want. Frank the service representative lie straight to my face. This is inexcusable and upsetting. I want to make it aware that you cannot trust Ocean Cadillac. More
