Bad experience Really excited to buy a car. Greeted on telephone by woman with accent who told me a sales person would call me back. Then, no one called. Next day I Really excited to buy a car. Greeted on telephone by woman with accent who told me a sales person would call me back. Then, no one called. Next day I called and no one answered during sales hours. Autotrader sales line went to the difficult girls voicemail. So then tried to the stores direct line and it also went to difficult girls unprofessional voicemail. Left second message saying no one called me yesterday please have someone call me I really want to buy an suv you have today. No one called me back. If I owned that dealership I would fire all of you. If I were a sales staff and relied on leads to feed my family and you treated my income that pathetic I would quit and go work where incoming calls actually are handed to sales people. Also suggest whatever idiot taught the girl who doesnt answer sales calls the 1980s cheesy script with tie downs to be fired for being out of touch with how to run a business centered around a brand made for older buyers. Literally its infuriating to your direct target group. That person on the phone was so bad must be rubbing a lot of people bad and killing your sales income. Doing you a favor telking the truth. After waiting three days for you I called the other nearest dealer and they talked with me immediately. I bought the car 3 hours later. More

Great Experience I walked into the dealership with my wife three weeks ago. We were only interested in "taking a look" at SUVs. Once Enrique Capiro showed us several c I walked into the dealership with my wife three weeks ago. We were only interested in "taking a look" at SUVs. Once Enrique Capiro showed us several crossover models we were sold on the XT5. We turned in our Cadillac ATS that day for a 2019 Cadillac XT5 Deluxe. We're very happy with dealership, but especially Enrique. He's a very professional sales person. Also, Andy Russell, the finance manager, was very helpful in explaining the various add-on service/warranty plans. More
