We purchased th We could not be happier with our Cadillac XT4 Sport if it weren't for the amazing effort of Brand Specialist Petrina "Pat" Cossentino. We purchased the Luxury model but when we got home we realized that this particular model did not have the feature which opens the trunk automatically. What a major disappointment! We contacted Pat the next day who worked diligently with the Sales Manager Carlos Romero to find us a Sport model within our budget. Pat performed above and beyond our expectations. We we able to switch models the very next day with no hassles...all it took was revised paperwork. It could not have been easier and we could not be happier. If you go to Ocean Cadillac please ask for Pat Cossentino and say hello to Manager Carlos. We will never buy another car from anyone else! More
