The staff, from top to bottom cannot do enough to earn your business. JC and Pat are the main reason I purchased a third Cadillac from Ocean Cadillac. JC worked like crazy to find me the exact car (a special edition) I specified. Thereafter, JC worked miracles getting me the price and lease terms required for me to purchase the car. Pat throughout the process was there for me, keeping me posted on how things were progressing. At delivery she went above and beyond to make sure that every feature of the car was set to my preferences. Not just the best Cadillac dealer but the best dealer I have ever worked with. Not a good move It took more thank 2hrs for an oil change. I was promised a courtesy car wash and when I picked up my car the service person told me the guy helping It took more thank 2hrs for an oil change. I was promised a courtesy car wash and when I picked up my car the service person told me the guy helping me had no idea of what he was doing. He also said it will take another 45mi They did a tire rotation and the nuts on the front were loose. He wanted to fix it by just doing it by hand. I said no way and he took them back to the service people who secured them after not doing it the first time. Th k God I checked. No car vacuum and no good service at all. First time I have this experience with Ocean Cadillac. In the past was all pleasant. More

I do not usually put bad review but it is well deserved this place is really not serious it makes fun of customers I was once when they were in Bal Habor to inquire to buy a Cadillac Escalade but the car t this place is really not serious it makes fun of customers I was once when they were in Bal Habor to inquire to buy a Cadillac Escalade but the car they offered me was too expensive for me so I left but I forgot on the office the contract of my current car that he had to take me back instead I phoned Pat for ask her my documents she told me we moved they are in the boxes I can not give them back but you will not need it I took the opportunity to tell her if you have a car in my budget then warn me because we are end of year and there are promotions at all the car dealers she asked me a message with the details and then she reminded me two days later to ask me to come I got moved with my baby for go see the proposal they had to make me and on the spot to my surprise I was offered a 2015 car with 30 000 miles so I obviously refused because my request was on a new vehicle leased the manager is come talk to me very nicely and explain to me that I did not have the budget to acquire the car I needed I told him thank you very much I understand no problem so I left one more time without new car I found a deal in another brand the next day I was on my way to go close with the other company when I received a call from them or he asks me to come back because they have the car that corresponds to my need so I told them I was in a hurry that I had no time to lose that I was with my baby and the day before I was told that no vehicle matched my request so I repeat to the person online my requirements my budget and I told her if you sure I do not want to move for nothing she told me Mr. Carlos our regional manager is here he looked at your file and we have a car for you I made her repeat my needs she confirmed to me that I do not I will not move for nothing and she told me please leave us a chance because at 1000% I confirm that we have your car so I changed the destination on my GPS and I went for the third time in this place arrived there I took out my baby I went in the caravan that serves as office and I was asked to wait I was brought a vehicle that did not correspond to my request at all I then asked them if is joke of me and they told me we had that so I went back to the office and asked the manager Mr Carlos if it was normal for me to be moved for the third time with my baby for nothing and he just answered us sum Sorry that's what to do when you go to this place playing with people I did not ask for anything I did not want to go back to this place and they lied to me I was moved Hope to get me off again without anything even the salesman Chris and come up to my car to ask me an apology before I leave it's just a big shame and big BAD Sorry i am French so sorry for my english More
