If you want to loose your money and purchase a headache To Whom it might concern, My misfortune experience with Ocean Cadillac of North Miami started when I decided to switch my Infiniti QX30 to one of t To Whom it might concern, My misfortune experience with Ocean Cadillac of North Miami started when I decided to switch my Infiniti QX30 to one of the Vehicles of that dealership. Their unprofessionalism and blatant lie caused me a lot of money, time and awful experience. Originally, I was offered $550 with Zero down and Zero out of pocket for “used” Cadillac XT4 Sport 2019. When they called me and confirmed my offer, I went to the dealership for the actual deal: to sign the paperwork etc. Last minute when I was already at the office, they made changes adding some fees so the price went up. They spent 3 hours of my time to “negotiate” and get back to the confirmed offer I came for. Secondly, I was shown the photos of the vehicle and the configuration sticker with all the features it had. There was supposed to be a sunroof. When I came to pick up my car and sign the papers, I was told that there is no sunroof in that particular car, but everything else is there, including Adaptive Cruise Control. So I agreed to that. When the vehicle was assigned to my name and I was driving back I realized that there was no Adapting Cruise Control. I called the dealership and they told me that there is no way I can return this vehicle back in exchange to my previous red infiniti QX30 that had way more features I was satisfied with and would want to get back. I asked the dealership to install the Adaptive Cruise Control option into my “new” car. They told me that there is no way to install it. After getting the vehicle I found out that there were parts and features missing, that I was promised to have in this vehicle configuration, on top of that all of those features were listed in the window sticker I was provided but the actual car didn’t have them. I am still waiting for a call from the dealership regarding availability of a missing pieces. I’m highly disappointed with this experience as well as with my “new” vehicle, I see no desire from the dealership to solve the problem and provide me with the car I was paying for, they sold me a complete lie which is not only unprofessional but also illegal. So, at the end of that story I returned this vehicle back to dealership and they didn’t return my Infiniti back. They charged me $1 600 as payoff amount and no other options. As a loyal customer place any dealership has the return policy, I’ve returned my vehicle in 6 days but they made it as ugly as they possibly could and never gave my Infiniti back although it was only 6 days since I exchange the cars, and had that grace period for being able to return the new vehicle if I don’t like it and I didn’t due to blatant lie about it’s characteristics. I ended up having no car at all spending $1600 to pay off my car I wouldn’t sell otherwise and would’ve kept driving it. The manager threatened me that he will not accept my return. As conclusion, if you want to loose your money and purchase a headache - Ocean Cadillac is the perfect place to get it as a bundle. More
