It is very obvious in any used car sale that there is no warranty and the car is as-is. In my case, the car ad mentioned that the vehicle was serviced, but they did not even perform a tire rotation, so it is unclear what was included in the vehicle service. In addition to costing significant amount of money to get a second key ($220), a jack and tire wrench ($50), replacement lug nuts ($25) and to remove the stuck on lugnuts ($255), I cannot imagine what would have happened if I did not realize this, and my wife had gotten a flat tire. It would have required her to wait for a tow truck to go to a dealership to remove the tire! The sales person was very pleasant and went out of his way to send pictures and videos to show the car condition, and have the car cleaned up for our visit. They made me feel comfortable in their show room and that was all very pleasant. I appreciated Christopher's help and if I returned, I would be glad to work with him again. But after spending hundreds of dollars to fix the unsafe conditions created by the missing lugnut key, wrench and jack, and seeing the misleading vehicle service notice, I cannot recommend visiting this dealership for a used car without bringing along a professional mechanic. More

Not to be confused with someone that accommodate you to get a sale, but someone that influences the outcome in your favor. And then goes above and beyond after the sale has been completed. I developed a problem sometime after the sale had been completed. I called Maurizio after I had tried and failed with my methods. He asked me why didn't I come to him first?
