I was recommended to this dealership by Mark Battista. I can not speak highly enough of the service and the consideration that was given to me both by the Manager, Alex, and the Salesman, Abe. Abe was the one who sat down with me and patiently explained the options of the choices I was considering. He was knowledgeable, gracious, professional, and friendly. Best of all, I did not feel any pressure in the type of salemanship he was exhibiting. I hope I can recommend people to this dealership and management and to the salesman, Abe. I was given a great fair deal on both my new car and my trade-in. I am a returning Toyota 'fan', owning this brand since the 1960s with one hiatus with a Chrysler product. I'm happy with Toyota and I am absolutely grateful for the service from Abe and Alex. I hope both of them are still around when I'm ready to purchase a car again. They will get my business! More

My initial visit to Oak Brook Toyota was an information seeking mission. I was in the market for a new truck and was just scoping out what was currently on the market. The salesman I was dealing with was seeking mission. I was in the market for a new truck and was just scoping out what was currently on the market. The salesman I was dealing with was Doug Macias, and I explained why I was there and that I was not yet ready to discuss pricing. Doug and I took a test drive of the Tacoma, Doug asked the questions you would expect and want a sales person to ask. No pressure, Doug was fact finding just as I was. I told Doug that I was going to check out the Nissan Frontier and decide what whether I would pursue the Tacoma or the Frontier. Doug put in the good words for the Tacoma and said he would follow up with me. I left the dealership thinking, "Decent establishment, no high pressure, I like the Tacoma, knowledgeable salesman, I can work with that". Doug followed up with me in a couple days and I told him I wasn't done checking things out, and to follow up with me in 3 or 4 days. I decided I would prefer the Tacoma over the Frontier, and I subsequently got pricing on the Tacoma from other Toyota dealers. I gave Doug a call and set up a time to come in. We worked out a deal, no high pressure, no irritating silly games. A quick visit from Art, the sales manager, solidified the deal. The visit with Gary, the finance fellow, was a breeze since dealer financing was not desired. Gary made his pitch for the extended warranty, no high pressure. Decent guy, pleasant experience. Joe, the delivery guy, went over the ins and outs of the Tacoma with me. Answered my questions and made sure that I understood I should contact him if I had any further questions. I did not trade in my current vehicle, so upon purchasing the Tacoma, I had 2 vehicles to get home, and no family or friends that were immediately available to help me out. The dealership volunteered Doug to follow me the 12 miles home, and then someone picked up Doug. Bottom line, I had a dynamite deal from another dealer, but I wanted to give Doug a shot at my business because I was impressed by my initial meeting with him. My dynamite deal was not met by Oak Brook Toyota, but they got the business because they came close enough, and Doug's selling of the dealership support made the difference. More

When first visiting the OakBrook Dealership, my family and I were not quite sure we were ready to purchase, however we were sure of the amount we were able to spend as well as the type of vehicle we wante and I were not quite sure we were ready to purchase, however we were sure of the amount we were able to spend as well as the type of vehicle we wanted - a Sienna. Carlo introduced himself immediately upon our arrival - as we expected someone to do, however to our surprise, he was not the stereotypical rep we expected. He was thorough in inquiring about our vehicle needs and wants, but in a friendly, non-offensive or "salesmanee" way. As it turned out, there was only one pre-owned vehicle in our range - albeit the upper range. Carlo did not push us to move forward. Instead, he committed to us that given we were seriously interested in the Sienna and if we committed to getting back to him with our decision the next day, he would do what he could to keep the vehicle for us for at least a day, maybe two, or he would inform us if the vehicle was purchased before we returned to purchase it the next day or two. Having shopped for used vehicles before, this was a good way for a rep to handle a prospective customer. The next day, we did a check on the other dealers in Chicagoland and discovered that the OakBrook Toyota Dealership used Sienna options and price was right, so we called Carlo and made the deal. When I called before coming, Jada was very helpful, took my information, and had the keys to a car I was interested in ready when I arrived. I felt she wanted to make sure I got the best car for my needs. She expedited the sales process, because I had a limited amount of time available. Cesar was very friendly and very professional, and worked honestly with me to come to an agreement about my trade-in and the sale price of the new Highlander I wanted. I got a good deal on a brand new car. Cesar also was very understanding of the time constraint, and made sure the process was convenient for me. When I picked up my new Highlander, Joe was very thorough in showing me how everything worked, and connected my cell phone to the car's blue tooth system. I have had a Camry for 2 years, and never connected my cell, but now I can do that one myself at home! Joe was patient with my questions, and didn't assume I knew everything from my Camry. I am glad I listened, and let him go through all the features of the Highlander. Neal was the salesperson I purchased my 2008 Camry Hybrid from, and he hung around and talked with my teenagers while I was taking care of business. Joe's integrity impressed me and his courtesy and follow through were excellent. He made the whole experience of buying a new car, a very happy one, which I didn't expect. He has called several times to make sure one issue I wanted handled, that was not his fault, was taken care of. The sale was made; he did not have to do that. He had to pick me up at the airport 35 miles away, he had printed maps from Mapquest for me to drive back to Kansas, he had made sure the service dept had ordered the part I wanted and installed it. He was just terrific. The whole experience was great. The sales manager came to meet me, which was nice. The finance person was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Joe V. explained the features very courteously--all of the features, not just "here are the keys, the windshield wiper lever and lights are here, any questions...goodbye". Ultimately, with all of the times he had to find out the information I wanted and called to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted, it is because of Joe Glorioso that I bought the car. Everyone at the dealership did more than I would have expected to make sure I was a happy Toyota customer. And I am. I tell anyone here in Overland Park, KS, who says they are going to buy a Toyota, that they need to call Oakbrook Toyota in IL, talk to Joe Glorioso and make a trip of it. It is worth it. More
I purchased my Toyota Sienna from this dealership 96,000 miles ago! I have used their service department exclusively for servicing. I have been able to stop in without an appointment when something is failing, I am always kept up to date on the progress of the repair and they have gone to bat for me under our extended warranty and saved me over $5,000 in repairs. I feel they are very honest in their work, never pushing extra services on me and saving me money when they can. I am called by name when I go in and truly feel the red carpet is extended. I will buy my next car from this dealership because of their service department. More
Let me preface this by saying I HATE buying cars! I hate the sales process in general. That being said, the process at Oakbrook Toyota was efficient and painless. Once we got close on price, I worked out the final numbers directly with the finance manager. I liked this since it meant there was no more going back and forth with the sales department. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely buy there again! Also this dealership has the best selection of Siennas in the entire area. More
