Each and every person in the dealership smiles and speaks to me and others in the waiting area. Oil changes, tire rotations and any other issues are taken care of in a timely matter. I don't mind sitting in the waiting area because it is comfortable. The little extras like water, coffee and snacks are way above and beyond what they have to do, but it is a nice touch that makes you feel good about coming back every time for service. More
