Promised me $500 off another dealer's price on a Frontier, but they inflated the doc fees to cover thier deduction. Dealer's play this shell game. Oak Ridge was straight forward told me the price of everything over the phone because I was an hour's drive from them. I was hesitant to drive there thinking I was going to get scammed again. But to my pleasure everything went down the way they promised!! I even ended up getting a automatic sv version for about a thousand more than the other place was charging me for a s version manual! Jeremy, Mike, Ken, and Leslie we're all great! If I was ever going to get a job being a car salesman, I'd like to work for and with people like this!! More
Worth the 10 minute drive from Knoxville I purchased a 2018 Nissan Versa S on 12-13-17 and I couldn't be more happy with it !! Salesman (Ladd) we waiting to greet me in the parking lot . Worst experience ever. I've been to my fair share of dealerships and dealt with many salesman. This is by far the worst one I have been to. They didn't even really ask us what we were looking for, they kept pulling out cars we had absolute no interest in. We finally got to test drive what we wanted and he said they couldn't do the price we wanted. That was totally fine and we said thank you and tried to leave. The guy pulled us back inside and said "Let me show you this one." He pulled up something that was literally a slap in the face. Another guy, I'm assuming some kind of manager came up to us. He asked about our price range and when my husband told him he responded "Well that's going to be hard isn't it?" When we walked outside the manager chased us down and asked if we were really leaving, even if he could sell us the test driven car in our price range. I flat out told him I will not be purchasing a car from them. We left feeling angry, insulted, and emotianlly exhausted. To beat it all, they blocked us in with another car! Thank you to Fenton Nissan for getting us in a 2017 in our price range!! Something Oak Ridge told us they couldn't do! More
Car buying experience This has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever been too. They are all to happy to put you in a vehicle but if there is an issue you are scre This has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever been too. They are all to happy to put you in a vehicle but if there is an issue you are screwed. We were not even working with Tim Cox but he got involved and acted like a bully towards my wife. But when I said something he shuts up. Every dealership I know of honors an industry standard of 3 days to cancel the sale. There is even a form in their paperwork for this but they will not honor it. Tim even threatened to send a tow truck after the trade in. Only option offered was to appraise our new car which we had not had for 24 hrs. And see what it was worth on trade in........BBB rates them D-....... Believe nothing there. More
Overlooked prior miscommunication, but second time NOT Purchased new Titan Xd in Dec. 2016, radio ad offering 1000 stocking stuffer, but no it wasn't honored. Well we overlooked that, disappointed yes but it wasn't a deal breaker. Second miscommunication was when truck was taken in for 10k oil change, fuel filter change. Complete debacle over what was done, and what wasn't done and the amount we were charged for. Filed complaint with BBB requesting 94.99 refund because of items that were supposedly done, but either weren't or weren't discussed with us prior. Received call from Ken Absher the service manager stating they were gonna make it right and refund the full 303.00 and he apologized for everything. Today we get notification from BBB that they are only refunding 94.99. Called Mr Absher and he says he assumed that he would be giving a full refund, but the owner Scott Graap says, No just refund 94.99. Needless to say they do not honor what they tell you, place any miscommunications on someone else. The Oak Ridge Nissan decals will be coming off our truck immediately, no more free advertising from us when you treat customers this way. If the 94.99 ever shows up, I will update, however it's hard to swallow one more lie from Oak Ridge Nissan. It's a say one thing yet do another kind of dealership. Proceed with caution, get everything in writing, do NOT go by what they SAY, cause someone will crawfish their way out of it. More
HORRIBLE, DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED!! I spent (4) four days trying to work a deal on a car at this dealership. I'm a single women and they took full advantage and tried to use every scam I spent (4) four days trying to work a deal on a car at this dealership. The car I wanted was listed as overpriced on Cargurus by $3700+ so I tried to get them to negotiate a fair deal using the true value of the car. They are nothing but dishonest scam artist at this dealership!! They offered me for my car WAY below the value. I had much higher offers from three other dealerships in Knoxville! After a long conversation on my initial visit to the dealership, then emails and many phone conversations with (6) six men from this dealership, they sold the car I was interested in while we were in the middle of negotiating a price. Be sure and do you homework on what you are interested in buying if you choose to step foot on this car lot because they are very dishonest and try and play you for a fool! More

My first car was a 240sx then I went to the Hardbody xe 4x4 pickup to the Frontier 4x4 . I requested more information on the Awesome Frontier Pro 4x that had the full luxury package that I now OWN!!! That wish I had was made into reality from a single email after I sent a reply back to Donna Mylott, Oak Ridge Nissans Internet Sales Manager! (Donna if you are reading this, here's another BIG THANK YOU!!!) Donna Mylott is up to speed with the world of car shopping from the internet. In that single email I sent to her, she replied back with the right deal the first time! Which was the best deal that I was looking for after my car research from the top websites. She made this the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had! I didn't have to listen to any xx. I couldn't make it to dealership for 3 days due to my work schedule. During that time she had everything set up for me, so that when I arrived it went smoothly and fast!! With my late arrival she had to let her partner Jersey do the deal. We did a test drive came back, went into do the deal. I thought to myself (here is the part where I'm going be haggling for hours.) But to my surprise Jersey pulled out a notebook that Donna had put together with our deal. He wrote it up and just like that I'm in the finance office, then on my way home in my new truck. Totally blowing my mind! No haggling, No blowing smoke up my you know what. I have never had this kind of smooth car buying experience ever. Absolutely the best. Thank you again!! So bottle line is I shopped the internet like the majority of the people today do. I had one vehicle in mine, The Frontier Pro 4X!! I gave myself a 200 mile search from Sevier county area. I found 4 trucks that had the full package that I had to have. Donna Mylott, Oak Ridge Nissans Internet manger was honest, straightforward ,no games from the get go. Her partner Jersey follwed her notes exactly! So if you have a wish for a particular Nissan and your internet shopping, feel confident in these two people that they are being truthful and will do everything to get you that best deal!!
