Routine vehicle maintenance I called and made a same day appointment to get the oil changed in our 2013 Nissan Altima. The staff was very courteous even though I had waited until the last minute to schedule the oil change. As soon as I arrived they started on the vehicle and I was out of the dealership very quickly. My only complaint is that I was told I would received $50 discount after my prior service if I responded to their survey. I did this but did not receive the credit. Having a check for recal We were notified of a potential recall on our vehicle and set up an appointment to have it checked. Turns out there was no problem but pointed out so We were notified of a potential recall on our vehicle and set up an appointment to have it checked. Turns out there was no problem but pointed out so paint damage to service person. He indicated when we come in for our next service visit he would see that it was touched up. Only needed to order some touch-up paint because our color was not in stock. More
