Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion you’ve encountered during this process. At Nissan of Oak Ridge, we strive to provide clear and transparent communication to our customers, and it’s clear that we fell short in your case. Your concerns regarding the handling of the loan paperwork, your father’s role as a cosigner versus a coborrower, and the lack of timely access to your documents are extremely important to us. I deeply regret that these issues have caused you and your father unnecessary stress.

Does not honor their prices. Try to have you pay for add ons that are clearly marked as part of the msrp window sticker. Over 36 years driving Nissans, dealerships like this make More

Glockrunner, thanks for your input on how we clearly disclose our add-ons on our widow stickers. And we're happy to hear we were able to earn your business. We would like you to consider using our service center to meet your vehicle needs.

Please train your finance manager to understand that, because he added it all back in to your advertised internet price that wasn’t honor either. Thanks for your response though, unfortunately it’s a shame I beg to differ and more daily has come forth saying they was done the same way. My end result actually worked out better, but you definitely lost our future business and use of your service department due to that treatment. Although your service department did do a wonderful job and it’s been much appreciated.

Hey Gary, its so unfortunate to hear you are having transmission issues. However we are not finding you in our Oak Ridge Nissan customer base. Most all all of our extended warranties are written through First Extended Warranty at 800-527-3426 and cover up to 100,000 miles. If you would like to reach out to Service Director Ken Absher to discuss, he can be reached at (865) 317-6342

Evening, Responding back let me add Nikki was awesome and helped us a lot...it's everything else that went wrong. My wife did talk to Ken he stated that he did see that there was a error with the camera and didn't know why it didn't get fixed. If it would have been fixed the first time instead of clearing out the code like it saids on the report I probably wouldn't have to wait until today to get my car back as no camera would have to be replaced and I could have had my car back quicker When I was talking about the temp this was when you had the buy back program I had the voucher and was going to try it...when I got there we were not told the system was down. The temp ran a credit check without permission for Nissan Corp and was trying to to get me to buy another car when I couldn't afford 2 cars and was doing the buyback program. My wife called and the person she spoke with RD said the systems were down that day and that he would look to see if it was happening and would let us know but he never did call us so we missed out on that. The temp agent then dismissed us saying my car is upside down i said I know I have this voucher he didn't even look at the voucher for the buy back program So that one time and then now I don't feel like an value customer anymore. I always said I would have all work done at one place which was oak ridge Nissan but after the few visits it was really disappointing which is why I wonder what I did to get bad service the last couple of time. This is why I said unless it warranty work based on my contract which will end in 2025 maintenance services and others will be done some where else. I don't want pay a company if I'm not valued as a customer. Ken did apologize but he wasn't there the first time in 2022 when I first bought it to your attention. Just a I'm sorry did not rectify the situation. Thank you for your time Rudy Wollen, not a value customer
