High pressure sales with a turn and burn mentality. They would rather burn you and replace you than do right. This dealership is the reason of why rescission laws are necessary. They will practically push you off the lot before you have a chance to reconsider and thus have no recourse. When I addressed to the GM about these tactics, I was told his people are doing as they are told and that behavior is encouraged. I have never come across a company with such a lack of business ethics in my life. I assure there are still dealerships that will treat you like a human. More
I had some dings in my credit. Moose said he could put me in. They worked and worked until they finally got me into a vehicle. I couldn’t believe it. They did what they were going Moose said he could put me in. They worked and worked until they finally got me into a vehicle. I couldn’t believe it. They did what they were going to do. This is my second car from Oak Ridge. I I intend to do business with them in the future. More
Bait and switch! ! They promised the moon then said if you take this one with 4 wheel drive, we will give you same price. I said as long as it had same package, then t ! They promised the moon then said if you take this one with 4 wheel drive, we will give you same price. I said as long as it had same package, then they tried getting another $1500 from me and I said give me my keys and the manager just kept harassing me saying just add 6 more months, what’s the big deal? Are you going to keep it that long? Asked for keys again, he kept on, so I raised my voice, reminded him what I was told then they did the deal. I was so upset, I didn’t realize there was no hitch on it, which was a requirement. I called Nick and he said I didn’t realize it was deleted from that truck and I told him that was one of my requirements . He texts me back that he could do it for his cost of $600, well the sticker cost was less so he agreed to that. I called dealership and my cost was less than $505 it was closer to $400! Watch out for Nick and manager Gary Beeler!! When they kept my keys hostage so I couldn’t even get in my car. I should have left then! I Asked for them 4 times, they opened it with key fob and pocketed the key fob!!! Ugh, such jerks! More

I bought a Kicks in October 2021 as I totaled previous car and needed to quickly make a purchase. No issues with the car but not a great experience with one member of the sales team. The first sales perso car and needed to quickly make a purchase. No issues with the car but not a great experience with one member of the sales team. The first sales person I worked with was named Tyler and he was excellent. It seemed that Tyler was new so they had an older sales person work with him and sadly I can't remember his name, but I do remember guys like him give car salesmen a bad name. I told him I did not want payments above $250.00 a month on the Kicks. He said let me see what I could do. H e comes back with a payment of $480 a month!!!! Duh, almost double what I stated I could afford. I nix the deal and he comes back with a price of $299, which I accepted. I know there is give and take with this but that was just an attempt to gouge a customer. Due to that tactic, I will never shop there again. As I said Tyler extended great service and I had occasion where I lost a key and manager Mark H. went above and beyond to help me for which I am grateful. I give Tyler and Mark a 5 rating but the other guy gets a 0 rating! More
