Terrible DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OAK RIDGE NISSAN! I bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Nissan Rogue and not even 72 hours later the brakes malfunctioned and locked up on DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OAK RIDGE NISSAN! I bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Nissan Rogue and not even 72 hours later the brakes malfunctioned and locked up on me (only 160 miles on the car) and they told me to keep driving it until the next day! Now I can't drive my BRAND NEW CAR for over a week because they had to order parts.. the car had 7 MILES on it when I drove it off the lot. I understand that they can’t control what happened to the car, but the situation could have been handled differently. I was given a rental that wasn’t even superior to the car I bought. They were horrible when it came to customer service. I was treated like I was xxxx (Brian).They would not replace my car, give me back my old car, void the loan or give me any incentives.. Finally, after multiple phone calls (that they did not answer or return) and 5 trips to the dealer later, I finally spoke to the GM and all he offered me was $600 for the "inconvenience" of not being able to drive my car that I just bought for over a week! Why would I pay for something that I can’t drive? Especially when I paid $35,000 for this car! Take your business elsewhere! They DO NOT care about their customers! One of the worst experiences ever! More

Super !!!!!! I had been off work for 6 weeks due to a surgery. I travel to help with the grandkids very often. This weekend upcoming was one of those instances. Last Minute Help I just want to take a moment and say how impressed I am with the people in the Service Department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The day before Thanksgiving, my I just want to take a moment and say how impressed I am with the people in the Service Department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The day before Thanksgiving, my wife hit something sharp and got a flat tire. Despite the fact that they were about to close the Service Department for the holiday, they were very gracious and got us squeezed in to get the tire repaired. I was so thankful because I was supposed to travel with the car the next day. The snacks and drinks were great as always, and I had a great experience. Kudos to you all for your customer service. I have never had a bad experience here, and you all will keep getting my business. More
