Always quality work. My 2014 Highlander is maintained by this dealership and runs like its brand new. My only complaint is a long wait when getting vehicle serviced . It was clear the only the parts guy wanted was to upsell. The whole purpose of coming to you was to get true professional inspection, proposal and results. Luckily I followed my instincts to step out and tal The whole purpose of coming to you was to get true professional inspection, proposal and results. Luckily I followed my instincts to step out and talk to service and the gentleman there gave in insight on the part(s) I was being ordered. Turns out I saved over $200. The parts guy was upset when I asked him to modify my order. He wanted to argue, why I should order the piece and I was firm and said listen just remove the piece. I don’t care how busy your facility may be, be professional and look out for your clients. I’ll never go back. More
