While doing so, he explained all the benefits of each one. He was so kind. There was absolutely no pressure. I narrowed it down to the Camry XLE, it drives like a dream and is so pretty. We were not pressured & were given fair prices on our 2 trade ins & on our 2015 purchase. Steve was patient with us & considerate of our needs. Long Distance Purchase Better Than Dealing Local Oak Lawn had the exact vehicle we were looking for all be it 550 miles away. I called to infer about the vehicle with Joe, I asked my questions, state Oak Lawn had the exact vehicle we were looking for all be it 550 miles away. I called to infer about the vehicle with Joe, I asked my questions, stated my serious interest, and asked Joe to give me your best first offer on the vehicle. They're offer was better than any of the the local Toyota dealers price (even with travel considerations) on the vehicle & options we actually wanted. I flew in, we executed the paperwork, and I was on my way back to KC in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with their service dept too. For example it was raining so they pulled the car out of the rain, put temp car mats back in it, added some luggage crossbars last minute, put in a hitch receiver cover, and a couple other little things that really completed the great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend flying to Oak Lawn versus dealing with our local Toyota dealers. More
