Steve Hertogs went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car that I want with the price I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and worked with me without trying to sway with either direction. He was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He responded to all my questions via email in a timely matter and gave me such a good deal to my 2017 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. After I decided on pursuing on buying my RAV4 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Thanks to Dominik Gibek. I would recommend Oaklawn Toyota especially Dominik G., Justin Keown and Steve Hertogs to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. I love my car!!! More

It was okay I have done the live chat and he was informative about what they had in stock and showed me exactly the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Then on e I have done the live chat and he was informative about what they had in stock and showed me exactly the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Then on email with Vianey she was professional and was very helpful. When we got to the dealership John was polite and showed us the vehicle. The only real negative thing I can say is when we went to see the finance manager. He did not seem he wanted to be there. Rushed all the paperwork. And thought we already agreed to buy the vehicle but we did not we needed to know how much per month. My advice when you go to any dealership make sure you have researched your vehicle you want to purchase and know your score before you go. More

She helped me a lot by answering all of the many questions I had. Once me and my boyfriend showed up to the dealership I was greeted by salesman Juan Hurtado, very nice guy. Juan answered more questions that we had in such a professional way. He took his time working with us, showing us the SUV and going over and explaining the lease with us with such detail. Then we met Ron Hadelrson at the Accessories Department, Rob is such a sweet and kind guy. Rob always had a smile on his face. Finally we met with the Finance Manager Frank Alessi, awesome guy! He took his time in going over every single thing we needed to know before signing the lease. Thank you Oak Lawn Toyota, you made my car leasing experience a breeze! I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! More

He listened to my needs than took me out to see the car i was interested in explaining the car and features to me. We went back in to talk over a price which was great Before I left he introduced me to GM Mark Girlich who understood what i needed and agreed to the price i was given. I later changed my mind on the Camry I wanted ant unfortunately Oak Lawn Toyota didn't have the exact model and color I, did vehicle search. I was pressed for time to make a purchase over this past weekend and found the exact car I wanted at another Toyota dealer, where i mad my purchase. I would highly recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to anyone in the Oak Lawn area since they are not a high pressure dealership. More

Transparent in sharing price information I first picked up a Consumer Reports new car buying guide for info on makes and models and how to shop for a car, how to interface with a dealer, and I first picked up a Consumer Reports new car buying guide for info on makes and models and how to shop for a car, how to interface with a dealer, and how to avoid the diversionary sales tactics employed by some salesmen. Among the 3 dealers I emailed for price quotes and then followed up with a visit, Oak Lawn Toyota was the clear winner in terms of promptly quoting detailed, easy-to-follow "out-the-door" total costs, responding to every email and call, The financing guy, Frank Alessi, not only got me a good financing deal, but also spent about 20 minutes with me explaining in detail the simple steps I should take to cleaning up and improving my credit score. The whole experience was no pressure. When I left at the end of my first visit, when I left and said I wanted to "think it through" over the weekend, they simply said "yeah good idea. We'll be here tomorrow." The other two dealerships I visited tried pressuring me into signing and giving them a down payment before leaving. And one dealership in Lincolnwood trotted out every stale sales tactic in the book to pressure me, and then had 3 salespeople in my face as I tried to leave, visibly angry that I wasn't signing on the spot, which was totally the opposite my experience at Oak Lawn Toyota. I can't know if my buying experience at Oak Lawn Toyota went so good because I had done some online research in advance, and asked for a clear price quote in advance, or whether every customer has the same great experience there. But I know for certain the price I got was good without having to haggle, and the final paperwork/financing stuff went as quickly and smoothly as could be expected. More
