This place is the 3rd toyota me and my husband visited. Vincent and the manager Mark is the best sales rep and manager we met so far. Vincent provided all information about the car we looking into, professional suggestions with no pressure on our purchase. We visited there late but they welcomed us with professionalism. My husband and I finally made a quick decision to purchase because we both liked the car and the service here. We were the last customer on that night and we truly felt Vincent and Mark appreciated our business a lot. They stayed late with us. Vincent patiently went over all features about the vehicle. He also followed up a lot after our purchase and made sure we 100% satisfied with the car as well as their service. Thank you, Vincent and Mark! I brought my Camry back on 3/30/21 to have the illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but I had someone to pick me up from the dealership. I called at 545 to check on my car and was told it would be about another 90 minutes. I called the service department back at 805 but everyone had left, no one bothered to call to let me know my car would need to be kept overnight, this created a real inconvenience for me since I had to scrabble to get a ride to work the next day. The next day 3/31/21 I called and asked for Louis he told me he would check the status of my car and call me back within 5 minutes, I called again 50 minutes later and Louis “said” he left me a message, my phone was with me the entire time and I had no messages from him, he said my keys would be with the cashier. When I arrived at the dealership I was handed my keys and no one offered to show me how to work the FOB for the remote engine start up, there was an instruction card attached to the remote. Needless to say I had some issues with the FOB and had to return to the dealership on 4/3/21 and while Louis did show me how to properly operate the FOB I feel this was a trip that could have been avoided had Louis or someone else taken the time to show me how to operate the FOB properly when I initially picked up the car. When I purchased the car in early March I was very pleased with my salesperson Vito, unfortunately returning the car for the after factory installs I was not happy with the customer service. The extra added attention that is given to a customer goes a long way!! More
