Their finance staff was super upfront about allllllll the costs. They were attentive and speedy, but I never felt like i was being pushed into the sale. I felt like they were happy to have my business, but also really okay if the jeep wasn’t for me. I never got a bunch of harassing calls or texts from them either. More
