She not only sat us down for XC40 school in the lot but also helped with an "emergency" call when we were crossing the Mississippi river three days later and lost our navigation system in the car. During the next 30 miles she walked us through system resets and helped trouble-shoot the problem 4 states away. That is the high level of customer service that keeps us loyal to the brand!! I do wish we knew how labor intensive it would be to finance the vehicle. We paid the car off in 3 days because we were leaving for Texas in a week. The process to get a title seems artificially slow between the dealer - credit union - dealer - state department of motor vehicles. The credit union says it can easily take 5 - 6 weeks for the lien to be removed and the electric title to show we own the vehicle. More

I visited four other dealerships before going to O’Steen, who I had had dealt with before, years ago. I learned my lesson, I should’ve gone there first! The respect I felt from the minute I met Nat in the parking lot, was indescribable. Then Lisa took over my purchase, and I felt like family. Lisa is smart, personable, patient, kind, and above all, professional. The staff at the entire dealership was a joy to work with. From the sales staff, to the “money man,” to the receptionist, O’Steen Volvo is a top notch dealership. Thank you for changing my opinion when it comes to shopping for a “ new,” used car. More

Ali Ansari, Recently had a service experience that was not acceptable. Service Department R/O 16060534. The only person I can complement is Mark, Service Department Consultant. He was very custom not acceptable. Service Department R/O 16060534. The only person I can complement is Mark, Service Department Consultant. He was very customer service oriented and did everything possible to assist me. During my first visit for diagnostics on the A/C issue and basic Oil Change Service, the car was returned without Windshield Fluid and an intake air tube was left disconnected. The diagnostics on the A/C repair was for a compressor, $1,811.00 to replace. I opted to have another service organization review. It was determined that the vehicle needed a HVAC Pressure Switch. The cost to replace was $339.00. Candidly, this is the worst Volvo customer care I received in my 20 years with Volvo. I currently own 2 Volvo's, XC40 and C70. FYI: You can speak with Stephen Lynch, Branch Sales Manager, West County Volvo, St. Louis, MO. on my Volvo purchase history. I would not recommend your dealership at this time. More
