We're glad to hear that Mark was able to provide you with excellent customer service, but we deeply regret the service oversights that occurred, such as the windshield fluid and the disconnected intake air tube. These should have been addressed, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also recognize your concerns regarding the diagnostic process for the A/C repair, and we're disappointed that it did not meet your expectations. It's clear that the situation wasn't handled properly, and we understand your frustration. We're grateful that you took the time to have a second opinion and that your issue was resolved with a more affordable solution.
