We visited on two successive Saturdays. On the second visit, a different salesman greeted us. We mentioned that we had talked with a different salesman the week prior. The second salesman assured us it would all work out for everyone. We ended up buying that day. The first salesman saw us, asked if we bought, then was clearly upset - perhaps at us, perhaps at the other salesman. If we did something wrong, the second salesman should have handled it differently. If we did nothing wrong, then the first salesman should not have shown such disapproval in front of customers. We thought by mentioning up front that we had dealt with another salesman, that we would have been instructed to whatever was the appropriate process. Somewhere in there, one or both of your salesmen need to do something different. More

I have been a costumer at O'Neill since the early 1990's. First I leased Oldsmobiles and Hondas, later just Hondas. I say this because it is the personnel that have kept me going back to this dealer. I've been treated fairly, enjoying the benefits of continued purchasing for O'Neill Honda rather than running from one dealer to another. Why move? Great cars! Great Service! Great people! Between leases, purchase of new cars and purchase of preowned cars, I have now gotten 8 cars from O'Neill over the past 20 years. I admit to have purchased 2 cars in that time from other dealerships but preowned cars, I have now gotten 8 cars from O'Neill over the past 20 years. I admit to have purchased 2 cars in that time from other dealerships but I would never go back to either one, nor would I recommend them. O'Neill has always bent over backwards to insure we got the best value for what we were trading in, the best lease rates possible,the best price for the vehicle we were buying and have gone above and beyond in giving us the bext customer service experience of any dealer I have been to in Kansas City. We purchased a preowned Chevy Cavalier for our college bound daughter a year ago and last week I returned again and purchased a preowned Toyota Yaris for myself. Next spring we will be looking to replace my husband's car and will most definitely go to O'Neill. More

Completely disappointed. Sales department doesn't have any idea what they're even talking about. I haven't purchased a car in 7 years and it was about the worst experience after I signed the contract. The any idea what they're even talking about. I called 3 times asking about them when I had my temp tags, and 2 days after they expired they told me I had to go to the DMV and get them. Fine and dandy... I was only mildly irritated at this point. Then after I went to the DMV, I now owe another $1500 since they didn't bother to explain to me they did not put the sales tax on the purchase. When I asked why this wasn't explained to me, I got a stammering "well, it was in the paperwork, I just didn't mention it". I will never recommend this place or another Honda again. More
