I took off work and drove back , when I was almost there they told me there was nothing they could do, the deal had already already went through.. They treated it as a trade in and I had to pay 5,000 more for a year older vehicle with more miles. When I first talked to the finance person he told me was not sympathetic because he was a smoker.
