Very poorly The finance department. Told me that they were going to take care of the balance of the vehicle that i owed a balance on since it had being a total o The finance department. Told me that they were going to take care of the balance of the vehicle that i owed a balance on since it had being a total on a accident also before that they decided to pull $1000 dollars extra out of my account with out my authorization telling me they were going tu use it along with the fist down payment of a thousand that i had given them. & they they also said they were going to give me $1000 so the balance would be paid off & i signed a paper that said they were going to give me $1000 so with the $2000 i had given them thAt total the amount owed on the vehicle that was totaled & it would be paid of & i could get into the new one well i got the new one but the balance of $3000 was never paid by the finance department i have sent several emails but never got a response so now i am stuck with the balance of $3000 that i have not being anle to pay More
