Alternator fixed 2003 VW golf wouldn't start, so it was towed to O'Meara. Communication was good from the service staff, although it did take almost 4 days just to get 2003 VW golf wouldn't start, so it was towed to O'Meara. Communication was good from the service staff, although it did take almost 4 days just to get diagnosed. It was over the Presidents day weekend, so I'll chalk it up to that. The diagnostic process was clearly explained, and there wasn't any additional blatant upselling. Good experience overall. More
