In and out ALaura and Servando were a true pleasure to work with. They were very kind and helpful. Paul Goldstein was rude to other staff members in front of customers which I am sure made the staff feel some type of negative way and I am sure it was embarrassing. At one point my fiancee seriously asked me were Alaura and paul father and daughter that's how rude and hard on her he was. He attempted to rush me to do this rating to I guess catch me on the high of purchasing a car. Also I have called for my spare key and now he can't return my calls however before the sale was completed I heard from him almost daily. More

Very helpful when you're in a pinch I normally avoid dealerships for service because they're more expensive than any other mechanic but this was a warranty issue and needed fixed ASAP. Loved the car!! Customer service could have been better!! If you are not buying a new car they treat you different. My sales person Taylor time and time again Kept lying to me and I kept catching him in lies If you are not buying a new car they treat you different. My sales person Taylor time and time again Kept lying to me and I kept catching him in lies and it was a bit annoying. I’m no expert but I have bought several cars and I knew the process atleast the basics. First we asked if it was a returned leased vehicle he said yes even mentioned a lady that turned it in. Then we asked for the CarFax he said he can only show us but could not give us a copy because of the contract CARFAX had with the dealership when we know you can print it off the dealerships actual website. When I went to finance I asked for the CarFax again and he gave it to me no questions asked! George was amazing in finance!! Then once we got the CarFax we then asked Taylor again if the car was a returned leased just to see if he would lie to us and of course he did he said he didn’t know if it was a returned lease or not. CarFax clearly said that the car was a lease but was given to auction bought by the dealership at auction. It was really annoying but me and my wife kept our cool and remained professional. I love the car no issues but the process was draining and annoying it took Taylor’s manager to come out and help us and close the deal because we was ready to walk away and it seemed like Taylor was getting an attitude and he was getting on my nerves!! More
