Everything was fine I requested an appointment to fix my flat tire and learned there was a drop-in service for emergencies. It was suggested that I replace all 4. They had a more expensive tire in stock, but I requested they order a more reasonably priced set. I came in the next day for the service. I was asked if I wanted the suggested tire alignment for an additional $140. I declined. Everything was fine but I ended up spending far more than I would’ve liked. More

Pressure to close a deal I went there to try a VW atlas. I actually really liked the car and decided to buy it. However I was a bit short on time so I told the sales associate I went there to try a VW atlas. I actually really liked the car and decided to buy it. However I was a bit short on time so I told the sales associate to comeback on the following Monday, she told me that I could be out within 30 minutes. We negotiated for a little while (never directly - because the manager hand out numbers) that where the experience went wrong. Instead of looking and addressing my needs they tried to sell me a monthly payment by adding months to the term, or reducing the mileage allowed - maybe they thought I didn’t know how to read the proposal or count. Then they offered me a “stupid deal” to quote the sales associate on one of the models. The price was good and After a couple back and forth we agreed. When I came back to finalize (because it took more than 30 minutes) I realized that the deal they made was in a demo with 1000 miles - which is not a brand new car as they sold me. I felt that the sales team tried to push for a sale way to fast and not disclose the whole story. Fortunately i negotiated a little more but still not impressed by the overall experience. I am sure that there are more forthcoming and honest VW sales associates and managers. In a nut shell: they sold me a great car but the process was painful and I did felt that the sales team was not forthcoming. More

They went above and beyond to make up for the bad experience at the other dealership even though it wasn’t their fault!
