Great experience! I compared multiple SUVs and dealerships online for over 30 days. Then I made a trip to Omeara VW. It was time to actually see the Tiguan in person. I had a great conversation with David Raines, who I told I was only looking, but was still willing to answer all my questions. I went back weeks later after shopping at few more places. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Cannon too on this visit. They really worked to find me what I wanted and were so patient with teaching me the tech stuff! I was really dreading car shopping as I have kept my current car for a long time. I was determined to find one that was going to last. I chose the right SUV at the right place: the Tiguan at Omeara. I trust the service department Our family came into the possession of a 2005 Jetta for our daughter a couple of years ago. We are also Costco members. After awhile the brake light c Our family came into the possession of a 2005 Jetta for our daughter a couple of years ago. We are also Costco members. After awhile the brake light came on for this 128,000 mile car. We used the Costco service referral program which led us to this dealer, and the discount was attractive to us vs. the local independent shops quotes. When they looked into the problem it turned out that the brake sensor mount was broken and we didn't need a full brake job. We would never have known the difference, but they did the right thing. I don't know how else you can build trust with a service center. More

Good selection but reinforced dishonest salesman image. Nice people all around but I found out later that you had used an inflated MSRP ($1400+) in all of the negotiations.
