The customer service email on the website bounces, the Facebook messenger doesn't respond, and I'm being run around in email from Ford and other locations. I bought a vehicle at VW and was supposed to receive the FedEx with all of my paperwork once we took delivery of the vehicle--yet nobody seems to even have the receipt for my purchase or any information about the car I bought. It's mind-boggling. I need the title, I need the receipt for my purchase, I need proof of ownership, I need service records of the work that was done on it. I can't register my vehicle and I can't get an answer from Volkswagen. More
