Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I purchased the vehicle, I had to point out that it was out of gas and I wouldn’t be able to drive it even a few miles down the road. They gave me a voucher, which I had trouble using at the gas station down the street. I had to follow up with your team regarding titling an insane number of times. This process took almost a year. A YEAR. How could you even sell me a car when you aren’t in possession of the title?! A quick search confirms that this goes against state laws, which I will be investigating further and reporting you for. Very upsetting that I had to do the work to get this moving, when your staff should have been on top of this. I left countless voicemails and no one ever returned my call, leaving it up to me to continue the work to get this processed. And then when I did call to follow up, I got bounced around to so many different people and departments and even separate dealership divisions. Some people wouldn’t even listen to my full request before immediately transferring. I also noticed a few flaws that I hadn’t noticed during the test drive and brought it back to inquire within a few weeks of purchase, and your staff told me they couldn’t fix it without me paying for the repairs, even though I’d purchased a warranty. I will *never* buy from this dealership again and am making sure my family and friends don’t either. More
