Jacob was very nice and patient. However, there were specific details about my vehicle he did not know or was wrong in giving me information. We did not speak about an additional service contract, however, the finance person had added it to my financial paperwork which we had to redo. Also, the deposit I placed for my reservation wasn’t applied to the cost of my vehicle. So that now has to be refunded. More
