Misleading and rude As part of the "great deal" They claimed they would give me accessories "at cost" including 're-chipping the car for higher performance". Great deal!! What they didn't bother to mention was that they have no capability to do such a thing so I'd have to go to EMICH. Which, I did at their direction when I returned. This cost ME $2000. Emich wrote an invoice stating the COST was $1000. So when I returned to osmeara to collect the markup, they told me they were not going to pay it because it would have cost them $2000.Completely misleading. Might was well said "and we'll throw in a big gulp from 7-11 AT COST!, then charged you full price for the big gulp and the travel charge. Extremely dissatisfied with their dishonest representation the facts. They manipulated the deal with misleading language and refused in anyway to acknowledge or rectify the situation. Go to emich. They have a far better selection and will let you drive a Golf R. These guys don't sell enough cars to do let customers do that because they are awful More

A culture of dishonesty The salesman lied about the price. One of the managers who did the financing slipped in an extra $599.50 (the same amount as the dealer handling fee The salesman lied about the price. One of the managers who did the financing slipped in an extra $599.50 (the same amount as the dealer handling fee) for something called "other aftermarkets." In other words, for nothing, since I was not offered nor did I purchase whatever "other aftermarkets" is supposed to be. I called the dealership the night of the purchase, but was hung up on twice. I eventually was able to get my money back, after multiple calls and emails to several people at the dealership, but the aggravation was, well, aggravating. I have now seen many, many reviews of the dealership, so many of which reported similar experiences. That's why it seems as if the culture is one of dishonesty and aggressiveness. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. More

Greedy and bait and switch tactics the dealership initially agreed to a fixed price on a car and after the weekend went to get the car the said they want $800 more. General Manager cla the dealership initially agreed to a fixed price on a car and after the weekend went to get the car the said they want $800 more. General Manager claimed that the sales rep had no right to agree to the price that was offered by my 18 year old son. This was binding verbal agreement but they have no intentions on keeping their word. He tried to pull together all his funds in order to get this car after looking for two months found this car he liked. I feel like they aren't looking to keep customers but to take advantage due to their greedy nature. Not a business I would recommend to buy your next car. Keep looking at other dealers. This place clearly has no moral grounds. More
